Bridal Makeup Session Begins
The bride’s hair and makeup services will be provided by Rachel, while the Mother of the Bride’s Hair and Makeup services will be handled by the assistant.
Floral Installation Begins
Florist (Iris) arrives at the ceremony location for setup
Finishing Touches of Hair and Makeup
Final adjustments made to hair and makeup. Bride gets dressed in her wedding attire. Ensure that all accessories (jewelry, veil, etc.) are in place. Time for a quick snack and hydration before heading out.
Leave for the Ceremony Location
Directions are provided by your Wedy Planner to ensure a smooth and easy journey. Drive to The Wedding Bowl: 590 Coast S Blvd, La Jolla, CA 92037
Rental and Music Team Arrival
Event Rentals snd Musicians arrive at the ceremony location for setup
Rest of the Wedding Team Arrives
The Photographer (Cassidy), the Officiant (Kristen) and Content Creator (Nicole) arrive at the ceremony location
Guest Arrival at The Ceremony Location
Guests arrive at the ceremony venue 15 minutes before the start time, and are seated while the live musicians set the mood
Ceremony Begins
Officiant conducts the ceremony, including the exchange of vows and rings. Photographer captures key moments throughout the ceremony
Family Portraits
Capture a mix of posed and candid shots, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere
Couple’s Portraits
Photographer directs the couple to various scenic spots around the Wedding Bowl for intimate portraits
Photography & Content Creator Wrap Up
Final photos & content taken. The vendors provide a brief overview of the next steps for delivery
