Katie and Matthew’s Wedding Day Timeline🥂
10:00 AM - 10:30 AM Cake Delivery: Your custom-made wedding cake will be delivered to Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm. Vendor Arrivals: Your Day-of Coordinator, Floral Designer, and Lighting Technician will arrive at the venue to begin setting up for the day. Your bartenders and rental vendor will also arrive to set up the ceremony and reception spaces!
Hair and Makeup Begins
2:00 PM - 2:30 PM Hair and Makeup: Your HMUA will begin hair and makeup services for you at your accommodations, ensuring you look your best for the big day.
Catering Set Up
3:00 PM - 3:30 PM Catering Arrives: Your private chef caterer will finalize catering details and make sure everything is perfect for your guests.
Finishing Touches on Hair and Makeup
3:45 PM - 4:00 PM 💄Hair and Makeup wraps up: Your HMUA will complete any final touches to your hair and makeup. Get ready to walk down that aisle!
Head to your Ceremony Location
4:30 PM - 4:45 PM Transportation Arrives: The transportation will arrive to your accommodations to pick up your guests and bring them to Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm. 4:45 PM - 5:00 PM Departure for Venue: The transportation departs from the hotel, heading to the venue to bring everyone together for the ceremony. 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM Vendor Arrivals: Ceremony musicians, and your Photographer will arrive to begin final preparations before the ceremony.
It’s Time to say ‘I Do’
5:30 PM - 6:00 PM Guest Arrival: You and your guests will arrive at the Orchid Farm, where welcome drinks will be served to everyone as they get settled. 6:00 PM - 6:20 PM 💍 Ceremony Begins: The ceremony will start, marking the beginning of your new journey together. 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM Time for intimate family portraits against the backdrop of stunning Santa Barbara. Wander through the greenhouse, and bask in the sunlight with friends and family!
Snap those Couples Portraits
7:00 PM - 7:30 PM Couple Portraits: You'll take some quiet moments for couple portraits at golden hour - while your guests enjoy cocktail hour. Every shot from your Pinterest board will be captured. Don't forget the film! 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM Grand Entrance: You and your partner will make your grand entrance into the reception area, kicking off the celebration!
Reception Dinner & Dancing
8:00 PM - 8:45 PM Dinner is served: Your guests will enjoy a catered spread and delectable entrées as you share a toast! 8:45 PM - 9:15 PM Cake Cutting: You'll share a moment as you cut the cake, snap quick photos, and indulge in desserts with your guests!
Transportation Arrives
9:30 PM - 9:45 PM Transportation Arrives: The transportation will arrive at the Orchid Farm to take you and your guests back to your accommodations! Photography wraps and strike begins to wind down the evening. 10:00 PM Evening Wraps: Congratulations! You're married - the day ends, and you'll enjoy your first night as a married couple, reflecting on a day that was everything you dreamed
