Photographer Arrives — Your photographer arrives at your accommodations. The day kicks off as the final details come together.
Time for Detailed Shots
Detail shots — your photographer captures all of the details, from your rings to the florals, wedding stationery, and special heirlooms. Everything that makes your day unique is captured.
Groom’s Getting Ready Photos
Groom’s getting ready photos — Suiting up and getting ready to say "I do.
Bride’s Getting Ready Photos
Getting Ready Photos - Time for your bridal getting ready photos. You step into your dress, surrounded by your favorite people. 2:30 PM - First look with your father. A quick pause to take it all in before the day officially begins.
Head for Ceremony Location
Head to the Wedding Bowl — Depart for the ceremony location, you’ll be married in no time! 3:00 PM - Ceremony chairs are set up by your coordinator. Guests start to arrive as everything falls into place. 3:15 PM - Meet with your officiant for one last check-in before walking down the aisle.
Time to Say ‘I Do’
Time to Say ‘I Do’ — Your ceremony begins. This is it the moment you've been waiting for. You walk down the aisle and exchange vows a 3:45 PM - Your ceremony ends, and you share your first kiss — officially married!
Catering Set Up
Your caterer will arrive at your reception venue to set up for dinner. An intimate, gourmet meal is in the works!
Golden Hour Portraits
Time for Golden Hour Portraits — just the two of you, taking incredible sunset photos before the party starts. 4:50 PM - Family, friends, and pups head to the reception. Everyone makes their way over to keep the celebration going. Kiana and Calvyn opted for an Airbnb-style reception, taking place at a local luxury vacation rental.
Reception Begins
Reception Begins — Your grand entrance to the reception. You walk in as newlyweds, ready to celebrate. Dinner begins as the night unravels and you share appetizers and good conversation. 6:30 PM — Cake cutting. A quick bite before the night picks up speed.
Toasts & Winding Down
Toasts — A few words from family and friends to celebrate you. The night winds down as guests enjoy the final moments. 7:15 PM - Breakdown begins. The team backs up while vou soak in the last of the day. 8:00 PM - Evening ends. A day well spent, and a new chapter begins.
