Finishing Touches of Hair and Makeup
Final adjustments to hair and makeup for all bridesmaids and the bride. The bride gets dressed in her wedding attire. Ensure all accessories (jewelry, veil, etc.) are in place. Time for a quick snack and hydration before heading out.
Photography Coverage Begins
Photography coverage begins with capturing getting ready portraits right before the ceremony!
Rental and Music Team Arrival
Directions provided by your planner to ensure a smooth and easy journey to the ceremony location. Event rentals and musicians arrive at the ceremony location for setup.
Rest of the Wedding Team Arrives
The photographer, officiant, and content creator arrive at the ceremony location. Guests arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start time and are seated while live musicians set the mood.
Ceremony Begins
The officiant conducts the ceremony, including the exchange of vows and rings. The photographer captures key moments throughout.
Family Portraits
A mix of posed and candid family shots are captured, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere.
Couple’s Portraits
The photographer directs the couple to various scenic spots around the venue for intimate portraits.

The final dance of the evening—one last moment with friends and family before the night winds down.
Last Call 🥂
The grand send-off marks the end of the day as teardown begins and the celebration concludes. Retreat back to the venue for a cozy night in!
