12:00 PM – Floral pickup. The final arrangements are picked up, ensuring every detail is in place for the ceremony.
Hair & Makeup Begins
1:30 PM – Hair and makeup begins. The styling team begins working on hair and makeup, setting the tone for the rest of the day. 3:30 PM – Finishing touches on hair and makeup. The finishing touches are applied, ensuring every detail is perfect before the ceremony begins.
Time To Say ‘I Do’
4:45 PM – Arrive at the chapel. You arrive at the venue, ready to walk down the aisle and officially begin your wedding ceremony. 5:30 PM – Time for the Ceremony. The ceremony begins, with vows exchanged, concluding with a kiss and your guests cheering you on. Congratulations 🎉
Family and Couples Portraits
6:00 PM – Family portraits. Family portraits are taken, capturing the key figures in your life to mark the occasion. 6:30 PM – Couples portraits! A few moments are taken to capture the two of you together, commemorating this significant milestone. The old-world charm of the venue makes for incredible photos. Cocktail hour for guests is served at The Cabin while you take your photos. Guests enjoy cocktails and light appetizers while the reception is prepared for the evening’s events.
Intimate Reception Dinner
7:30 PM - Grand entrance. The newlyweds make their entrance into the reception, officially beginning the celebration. 7:45 PM - Time for an elegant reception dinner. An elaborate menu is served, allowing guests to enjoy a well-curated meal and socialize before the evening's next activities. 🥘 8:30 PM - Toasts, first dance, and more. Toasts are made, the first dance takes place, and the evening's festivities continue.
Evening Wraps 🥂
9:45 PM – Last call. The final round of drinks is served, signaling the closing of the evening’s bar. 10:00 PM – Evening wraps. Your wedding has officially concluded, leaving you with unforgettable memories and the start of your new journey.
