A secluded sandy beach on Lake Tahoe's southwest shore offering one of the most intimate and photogenic ceremony settings in the region. Fine sand laps directly onto pristine water with open views across the full expanse of Lake Tahoe toward the Nevada mountains, backed by granite hillside and tall pines. Max 25 guests including all vendors (photographer, officiant, etc.). California State Parks requires a ceremony permit ($450 + liability insurance $150–300 additional). Minimum 30-day advance booking; popular summer dates book 6–12 months ahead. Restrictions: no dogs, acoustic music only, no flower petals/confetti, no drones without separate permit, no alcohol, day use hours only (sunrise–sunset). Access: 0.2–0.4 mile paved/gravel path from parking. $10 day use fee per vehicle. No cell service — download offline maps. Restroom facilities available. Park fully reopens May 21, 2026 following infrastructure upgrades — confirm access status before booking.
