The old ski runs create open grassy clearings surrounded by pine and aspen, offering a secluded and private ceremony setting. Max 30 guests including all vendors. Rocky Mountain National Park Special Use Permit required ($300 non-refundable). Apply at romo_fees_permits@nps.gov with completed application form from nps.gov/romo — permits limited (60 per month May-October, 40 per month November-April), apply up to 1 year in advance. No drones, amplified music above 60 dB, flower petals, confetti, rice, chairs, tables, tents, arches, or structures allowed. Pets prohibited. I had NO idea how to plan a destination wedding and I was so lucky to find Wedy. Olly was my coordinator and within two days of reaching out she had my vendors scheduled, helped find lodging and a personalized timeline. It was so helpful having somebody local that was able to give insight on the time of day to hold the ceremony to get the perfect lighting, the current weather of my location, etc. All of our vendors went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our day was absolutely perfect and special. This includes floral, hair and makeup, and our officiant and photographer! If you want a beautiful stress free wedding this is deff the way to go!
