If you are a DETAIL girly, this is the team for you. Rebecca was our day-of coordinator and I swear this wedding would not have happened without her. She remembered every single detail I have ever mentioned, and was incredibly punctual with everything we gave her. I truly don't know what we would've done without Rumi and her team on our wedding day. Every single thing, down to the position of our cocktail napkins was done excellently. Finding Wedy was a life saver, and Rumi somehow floated between managing our florist, cuing the Du, and discreetly handling catering mixups without us even noticing. From the first call with Sara, we knew we were in good hands. She immediately understood our vision and clarified what was possible for us within our budget. She managed all our vendors and even coordinated our surprise dance for the reception! I can't stress this enough: hire this team. We had a pretty elaborate setup and were working with multiple vendors across the city, but Rumi and Rebecca made the entire day feel effortless. They had clear communication with everyone involved, and stepped in while we were still diy-ing things to clean up our mess. They created our timeline, coordinated all our communication, and handled the entire wedding weekend from start to finish.
