A beautifully restored 1934 historic clubhouse in the Elkmont Ghost Town, featuring a 3,000 sq ft open hall with exposed wooden beams, massive stone fireplaces at each end, and French doors opening onto a roofed porch overlooking the forest and creek. Max 96 guests. NPS special use permit required ($50 non-refundable + $300/day facility rental + $400 refundable security deposit; minimum 30 days to 12 months advance booking). Alcohol is permitted inside. No amplified sound, electric instruments, microphones, tents, tables (outside), arches, balloons, confetti, or fireworks. Available April 1 – October 31, 10am–8pm. Parking for 6 vehicles included. Commercial Use Authorization required for paid photographers/videographers. Synchronous firefly event (late May/early June) restricts vehicle access after 4pm.
