Shawn and Kim were just amazing to work with for our 30 person wedding. All communication was super quick for every email and question we had. Shawn made us feel relaxed the entire time we were working with them and was flexible to what we had envisioned for our wedding. The venue is just STUNNING! The way the rocks glow at sunset took our breath away. The porch with the fire ring for smores and the outdoor ceremony site was perfect for our relaxed, Colorado fall wedding. The decoration choices were awesome. We were able to show our guests the best of Colorado at Ellis Ranch. If you are looking for a wedding venue from 10-300 people, Ellis Ranch should be at the top of your list.

Wow! Ellis Ranch was the perfect place for our wedding. Shawn and Kim were so kind and professional leading up to our wedding day and the day of. They really took care of us. Shawn was so helpful in ordering our linens and setting up the tables exactly how we asked. We loved that our ceremony could be right outside and our guests could come inside to party after. I would highly recommend Ellis Ranch if you are looking for a beautiful and affordable place to host your wedding. Also, if you are looking for experienced hosts that will guide you through the process and make you feel comfortable, Shawn and Kim are your people! Thanks!

Ellis Ranch was the perfect balance for us to enjoy our love of the mountains while still being close to town for the ease of our guests. The site itself is beyond gorgeous inside and out - we held our ceremony at the outdoor gazebo and the reception was in the large event hall. Both locations were beautiful even without decorations so in the end I really didn't feel the need to dress it up very much! There was enough space so our 225 person guest list didn't feel crowded at all. Sean and Kim were super easy to work with, responded quickly to my (increasingly frequent) questions, and help the entire day go so smoothly that I didn't worry about a single thing from start to finish. I very highly recommend Ellis Ranch for your site - reasonably priced, beautiful location, very easy to work with, and overall a great choice for such an important day!
We absolutely loved our wedding day. Shawn and Kim made sure everything went smooth. When we arrived everything was setup beautiful and easy for us to quickly decorate, the carriage house is so beautiful little decorations were needed. Would definitely recommend this venue.
We had our wedding last month here and it was stunning! Even though there was rain that day we were able to do the ceremony outside as planned. The horse drawn carriage was so beautiful and there wasn’t a dry eye when we pulled up. Shawn was very organized and very good at keeping everything moving smoothly! They aren’t super flexible though. We weren’t able to do rehearsal dinner there because you’re only allowed to do it there on a Wednesday which didn’t work for us. Also there were things such as napkins that I thought were covered under the plan I purchased (the most expensive one) that ended up not being covered. The total I posted also included our bar tab ($2,750) which they add 15% gratuity to whatever tab you set, which took us to right at $3,000 and then still put out a tip jar which I didn’t think was right 🙄 But overall it was a great experience, and the wedding turned out amazingly beautiful! Weddings at any venue are just super expensive anymore, they get every nickel and dime for sure! 🤣
