Waterfall Lodge and Retreat

The Waterfall Lodge & Retreat is peaceful and private, nestled in the lush redwood forest of the Santa Cruz mountains.

We are located 20 minutes from the beaches of Santa Cruz, California and are about a half hour from San Jose.

The lodge is built with 19th Century reclaimed barn wood and lumber milled from downed trees on the mountain itself. A breathtaking blend of historic beauty and rustic charm, you’ll feel immediately transported. Onsite you will find 32 cabins, a magnificent lodge, a sunny meadow, and endless opportunities for adventure among the redwoods.

𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Year-round 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆: Total capacity for this venue is 150 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀: Indoor + Outdoor 𝗙&𝗕: BYO Catering 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: We are a “Bring Your Own Vendor” venue and do not provide all-inclusive packages. You are required to choose a DJ from our vendor list. Alternatively you may hire a band with Waterfall Lodge approval. You are welcome to choose your other vendors outsite of our list. 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿: You are required to use either a professional coordinator or full-wedding planner. Coordinators mustcome from our vendor list. Alternatively you may use a full-wedding planner outside of the list. 𝗔𝗹𝗹-𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴: Packages include Venue Rental Fee, Rentals, and Food & Beverages.
