Better With You Photography

I'm Kristen. We live just north of Big Sur and Carmel in a little sleepy seaside town. I photograph elopements, weddings and proposals and I'm so thankful to be a part of so many couples most important days. My photos show real feelings. Nothing forced. My job is to make sure you feel comfortable and are able to be yourself. I am known for making natural and authentic, emotional photos. I shoot in Big Sur, Carmel by the Sea, and Carmel Valley. A lot of my clients are from out of town, so part of my job is helping you plan your proposal, elopement, or wedding and acting as your local guide. Happy to help you find the perfect spot, and to give you advice on lighting, vendors, restaurants, etc.

I spent my twenties adventure seeking and traveling, but now I'm spending my thirties super local with my family. I'm so thankful for the access to nature we have. Long walks, bookstores, farmers markets, coffee shops, playgrounds and connecting with my friends/family...turns out the simple life is where it's at.
