We cannot speak more highly of Jamie and Ember Hairstream!! Not only did she help me decide on a make-up and hairstyle in less than six weeks, she was willing to wake up at 2:00am in the morning to help me get ready for a sunrise elopement! Not only is she a talented and knowledgeable stylist (she helped provide me some helpful skin care tips), but she is an incredible person who truly cares about the bride/couples she works with! She helped me feel what every bride hopes to feel on their wedding day... beautiful! It was such a pleasure to work with Jamie on our wedding day. We had a tiny wedding (two guests, our dog and us two) but we still wanted to feel pampered and beautiful. Jamie arrived and her positive and calm energy was such a treat. We felt safe (we got married during the COVID-19 pandemic so feeling safe was very important). Jamie cleaned up my stepdad and now husband first. Then she did my mom’s hair and makeup. My mom mentioned how she enjoyed Jamie’s confidence in her work and relaxed demeanor. Jamie effortlessly created the look my mom was going for. Then, it was my turn. Jamie gave me the natural and polished look I was going for and I felt beautiful. I’ve been part of wedding parties before so I’ve had makeup and hair done by wedding stylists and my husband always mentioned in those instances how he prefers me without makeup. On our wedding day, he made none of those comments which is the best compliment to Jamie’s work! Thank you, Jamie, for spending the morning with us!
I cannot recommend Ember Hairstream enough for wedding hair & makeup. When COVID-19 hit and I had to change my wedding plans, they were flexible and willing to work with me every step of the way. They changed plans with me over 4 times when things kept changing and had the most amazing, positive and supportive attitudes the whole time. Not only that but they made sure myself and my family felt safe and had fun while getting our hair and makeup done all while complying with COVID guidelines. I am so happy with how my hair and makeup turned out, it all stayed fresh for the entire day and looked amazing in pictures! Thank you Ember Hairstream Team! You all are the absolute best!
