Welcome to Jasmiine Photography, where each click tells a story, and every frame is a canvas for cherished memories. I'm Jasmine, the lens behind the artistry,...
Jasmine Brown breached the contract that I had with her twice by not providing a qualified substitute for my engagement photo shoot and therefore not maintaining quality of service and by delivering my engagement photos past 6 weeks. When I brought up my concern with two photos in which I was blinking, Jasmine’s solution was to delete them. She could not provide assurance that she would be at my wedding and that she would provide the quality of work as advertised in her instagram. I decided to cancel her for my wedding because of her unreliability. I also found her Thumbtack, which she has since deleted, to have several poor reviews with similar situations to mine. She then threatened me with legal action for defamation for my postings in bridal/wedding groups on Facebook. Unfortunately for her, nothing that I have posted/shared qualifies as defamation as it is all true. Additionally, multiple other clients and contracted photographers of hers have come forward with their truthful, personal experiences with her.
I hired her for my wedding. Part of her package included engagement photos which turned out great. But then later on I felt she wasn’t great at communicating. I didn’t want to risk my wedding by her lag in communication so I cancelled her services and found someone else. Of course she then replied IMMEDIATELY to my cancellation. Very disappointing. She then had 21 business days to refund me my 50% refund. Shen then argued deductions to the 50% refund that weren’t part of her contract which I was further disappointed in. Ultimately she was late in giving the refund back, not even full refund either. She had threatened to sue me as well so I was scared to post about my experience. Bittersweet to see so many come forward about their negative experiences with her since I wouldn’t wish this misfortune on any bride. 🤍🤍🤍🤍
Multiple clients, myself included, have paid for photography services under the belief that she would be the primary photographer for significant life events, such as weddings. Her promotion and contract states an engagement shoot is included in this package. However, she has repeatedly failed to deliver the services contracted, or has done so by substituting herself with other photographers — often at the last minute — without prior disclosure or adequate explanation. In many cases, the promised services were not delivered at all, and refunds were refused, despite clear contractual obligations. In my specific case, there was very minimal communication with it being one sided myself reaching out, her responses were delayed by days, and responses were always after 1 am. I did not get my engagement shoot and she refused to confirm in writing that she would personally be there to shoot my wedding, so I canceled services, and still have yet to receive my $1800 I paid in full. She was trying to withhold 50% of $1800 due to canceling, although she breached the contract by not providing the promised engagement session included so I am entitled to full refund. She has done this with so many women. What is particularly concerning is that she seems to be using her legal education and knowledge to draft contracts with built-in loopholes that allow her to mislead clients. For example, her contracts include clauses permitting a substitute photographer in the event she is unavailable — a reasonable clause if used for emergencies. However, based on numerous patterns of conduct, this clause appears to be intentionally exploited. Clients are led to believe she will be their photographer, when her true intention seems to be acting as a broker, sourcing lower-cost substitutes and only disclosing the change shortly before the event. This results in breach of trust, financial loss, and significant emotional distress for clients during important milestones in their lives.

From the tender gaze of a couple on their wedding day to the exuberance of a child's laughter, I specialize in weaving narratives through the magic of the camera.
My passion for photography goes beyond the technicalities; it's a love affair with the interplay of light, shadow, and the human experience. With an eye for detail and a heart for storytelling, I strive to capture the essence of every subject, creating timeless images that transcend the ordinary.
What sets Jasmiine Photography apart is its dedication to making each session a personalized and enjoyable experience.
