Find someone else. My experience was terrible. Some may call it "strong headed" but I call it straight out rude. I was a young naive bride wanting an easy smooth hair dress/ makeup artist process and that's not what I received with her service. She will try and steer you the way she wants it. Don't try and give your opinion she will shoot it down. Leslie, took advantage of my inexperienced with makeup and hair and charged me for it. Her knowledge doesn't come free, is what I learned. Watch out for people that just want to use brides as dollar signs. Go to someone who wants to enjoy your day with you.
I never felt more beautiful. Leslie really knows what to do for each unique person. She was insanely helpful and really helped me feel relaxed on the big day. I highly recommend her!
Leslie is a true professional and incredibly skilled in her craft. Leslie did my up-do hair and makeup for my wedding, and it was exactly what I had always envisioned! She was intentional about recommending crystal pieces for my hair, earrings, and a makeup style that would tie together perfectly with my dress. She is one of the sweetest, most generous souls, going above and beyond to make your wedding day flawless! I cannot recommend Leslie enough.
Leslie is great at beauty. Leslie and her assistant did a wonderful job. Leslie has a strong personality and really stresses her ways. It can be overwhelming, especially for the bride to have to change details last minute because they do not fit into what Leslie deemed the right way. I ended up paying more for a hotel in Boulder so I would not have to pay more than the $1800 I was already paying Leslie for. Really know the laws and read your contracts for any professional you deal with. There was tension between my whole bridal party and Leslie. If you can just focus on what needs to be done, Leslie is a great choice.
