We worked with Lauren for videography and had an amazing experience. The final product is so different from photographs, and we will cherish the videos for the rest of our lives as a beautiful, live-action reminder of our day. Lauren worked alongside our photographer with no issues, and most of the time I didn’t even notice she was there. We got the 3-minute highlight film within 2 weeks of our wedding, and the longer version (25 minutes) arrived about 3 weeks after that. I’ve gotten multiple comments on the highlight reel that it feels like a movie trailer! Lauren was also great about a few tweaks we requested for the final version. Would highly recommend you find a way to include videography in your wedding plans if it’s not already!

Marissa and Lauren make you feel so comfortable and capture everything perfectly. Our engagement photos were perfect and only made us more excited to have them at our wedding. ML was incredibly understanding when we postponed our wedding and made us feel supported in an unsteady time. On our wedding day ML was so receptive to all the details and requests. There relaxed and excited mood made us feel the same. They gave us and capture our favorite moments.
As soon as I got engaged, I knew I wanted ML Photo & Film to shoot my wedding! Marissa and Lauren are the sweetest, most talented photographers and videographers I have ever worked with. Their work speaks for itself! My bridal portraits were STUNNING and they made me feel so beautiful! I am so in love with my wedding photos and they were super quick at sending me sneak peeks right after the bridals and wedding. They did a great job at the wedding at getting family photos and making sure every group got the photos they wanted. I highly recommend them for your wedding! I am so glad I got both photos and a video, so I can cherish this memory forever!

They knew exactly how to help me feel comfortable in my own skin (IMPOSSIBLE TASK ALERT), were so so fun, clicked with my goofy side, and captured alllll of the nights best moments forever! Needless to say, we were blown away by their talent and once we got engaged and started planning our wedding in Chicago, we booked them immediately. Marissa and Lauren had never shot a wedding in Chicago before ours, but I was not worried at all! Their personalities and style made it a no brainer for us to book them. They absolutely crushed it! The photos and films EXCEEDED our expectations and then some. Everyone we've shared these with have commented how perfectly our weekend was captured. Lauren & Marissa did an amazing job and we feel so lucky to have these videos and photos for life. Lauren and Marissa were a calming presence during the wedding weekend and were extremely organized! They made all the pre-wedding photos go by quickly and efficiently. Lauren was such an incredibly special part of my husband and I's wedding day! I first reached out to Lauren in the midst of planning wedding 3.0 after cancelling two weddings in Italy. Once I got on a skype call with Lauren I knew she had to be our videographer! She was such a breath of fresh air after being bogged down with all the logistics of cancelling and recreating another destination wedding and she was honestly someone who I would love to be best friends with! She made me so excited for our new wedding in Telluride and was so professional and organized by asking me the most detailed questions which made me very confidant she understood our dream vision for our video. I was SO excited to meet Lauren and her husband on our wedding day in Telluride and they made the day SO fun! Lauren is a true expert at her craft and I couldn't reccomend her more. All of my family and friends who were at our intimate wedding even said how much of a great energy she brought to the day. We just received our highlight video and we cannot believe it is only the highlight video. The beauty of the video, the clarity of the audio, the special moments she captured...are only a few things that are MORE than worth the investment of bringing Lauren in on your special day! The BEST!!! I cannot say enough AMAZING things are Marissa and Lauren! They were so kind and flexible when we had to reschedule our wedding 3 times. They put our minds at ease and always had the answers. We got a sneak peek the day after our wedding. That was such a surprise!!! They are so personable, professional and fun! I swear they can read each other’s minds. They are efficient and wonderful at their job. You will not regret hiring Marissa and Lauren!!!!!
Marisa is the absolute most wonderful photographer! She helped us so much the year leading up to our day and the day of! She was so responsive, hilarious, and absolutely the sweetest human. Her photos captured the amount of love and happiness on my wedding day that I will be forever grateful for!!! I just can’t suggest her enough!!!

Being a 2020 bride, I had to change many of my plans around last minute (including hiring a new wedding photographer). I work in the wedding / hospitality industry myself and I've worked with so many Colorado wedding photographers in my career. However, non of them compare to Marissa. From the moment we had our first phone call, we just clicked (which is SO important to have in a wedding photographer). She made us feel so comfortable and remembered everyone's name and captured all the images that we wanted. Everyone at the wedding was amazed at how great our photographers were. If you are looking for an honest, down-to-earth wedding photographer and videographer, these are your girls!

I had originally booked a different photographer that informed me 2 months out from our wedding that they were not comfortable with shooting due to COVID. I saw ML and after speaking to them I think it was a blessing in disguise. They are beyond talented, amazing to work with and worth every cent. They captured every moment and I could not be more in love with our wedding photos. I cannot wait to continue working with them through all of our milestones!!
