How do I secure my date?

Accepted Answer

A signed contract and a $500 retainer are required to secure your date. The retainer will be applied toward your remaining balance, which is due one week before your wedding. Once booked, you’ll receive access to your client portal, where you can view your contract, invoice, messages, and more. We accept all major credit cards

What if I don’t know exactly how many people will want hair or makeup yet?

Accepted Answer

No problem! If you’re unsure of your final count, you may book our minimum package and add services later. If you anticipate a larger group (7+ guests), we ask for advance notice so we can schedule additional artists as needed

Are lashes included? Can I bring my own?

Accepted Answer

Yes—lashes are included with every makeup application! We bring a variety of strip and individual lashes to best complement your desired look. For sanitation reasons, we’re unable to apply previously worn or used lashes

Question 4

How many artists will you bring, and what time will hair and makeup start?

Accepted Answer

Each artist can typically complete 4–7 services. Your start time and team size depend on several factors, including:

Total number of hair and makeup services booked

Access time to your getting-ready location

First look and/or ceremony start time

Photographer’s coverage start time

Do you style clip-in hair extensions?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We’re happy to style clip-in extensions. If you already own them, please ensure they’re washed and fully dried before your appointment if they’ve been previously styled. While we don’t provide extensions, we’re happy to assist with color matching and sourcing. We recommend Bellami Hair or The Hair Shop NYC for in-person matching
