We are so grateful to have found Scott! Such a WONDERFUL genuine man, we are so happy to have had him as our officiant this past summer. From the very beginning he was so kind and professional. Scott responds so quickly to communication, and even though we lived across state; he had no problem meeting us via Zoom to meet and talk with us. He asked great questions, to get to know us more and helped guide us to creating the best ceremony! Scott was very thorough and detailed, including options of what we would like for him to wear, and showing us traditions we could include (we chose the wine box!) After our Zoom meeting, Scott immediately followed up with an email the next day and attached the entire ceremony for us to review and alter. We were so excited and pleased with what he created! On our wedding day, Scott was prompt and on time. He visited with both of us prior to the ceremony, and helped calm my nerves. It was a rainy day, and I was worried as we had an outdoor wedding. However, Scott has such a calm demeanor, he reassured me that everything would turn out beautiful. And he was oh so right! It sure did!! I had family members who were watching via livestream, and my in person guests who raved about him. We love how he interacted and included everyone. Having Scott as your officiant will literally feel like reuniting with a long time friend. Make the best decision, and book this sweet man!

Scot was fantastic. He was very patient and met with us on zoom before our wedding. He was extremely accommodating and had tons of great ideas. My husband and I had no clue what to do, but Scott made it a super easy process and not stressful at all. I would highly recommend him for anyone!

There will never be a better choice than Scott for your officiant. Run, don't walk, to jump on his calendar! First impressions: During our first Skype "introduction", we found Scott to be a consummate professional, asking thought-provoking questions intended to guide us in curating our ideal wedding ceremony. He put us at ease and radiated happiness when he spoke; we thought, this is a man that truly loves what he does! He was respectful and enthusiastic about both of our backgrounds (being of two religions) and went over every aspect in detail, from what we would like for him to wear, to offering options on fun traditions that were outside the box. In the interim: Scott immediately followed up with a recap via email and took the time to attach the entire ceremony for our review WITHIN THE NEXT TWO DAYS. Communication was always friendly and prompt, and when my father unexpectedly fell ill from Covid and passed within months of our ceremony, Scott was so sensitive and considerate in altering wording to reflect our new reality. Day of: When you have guests coming up to you REPEATEDLY to ask where you located your officiant and complimenting his jokes and demeanor, you know that you made the right choice! Scott visited with both of us prior to the ceremony to calm our nerves and review what we discussed. He landed an excellent ice breaker at the beginning of the ceremony and had exactly the amount of joy and gravitas we could only hope for. Our guests had so much fun chatting with him throughout the reception, and it seems that half the party walked away with a story to tell from speaking with him! Long story (not) short, we are so grateful to have found Scott, and we can't thank him enough!

First of all, I had set up with 5 officiants to discuss our wedding and Scott was the first one that we decided to meet with. No offense to the others, but we were glad we met with him first as during it we just looked at each other and said he's the one. He is warm and inviting with a strong voice and a genuine love for this work. He walked with us the whole way through the ceremony and had no problem tailoring the ceremony to our wishes for the best experience possible. The wine box, bourbon in our case, tying the knot, and unity cross ceremonial proceedings were a beautiful addition and we were very happy he brought them up to add in even if we weren't sold At the beginning as it truly made the difference. Scott conducted a beautiful service that even had a burly man like me bawling. When we had issues with our music he jumped in to keep things running smoothly and stuck around during dinner for a prayer and to visit with everyone who came out to our event. He was exactly what we needed and the perfect person to MC the beginning of this next chapter in our lives together.

When our journey began to plan a wedding in 3 months (engaged on 9/3/20 and married on 12/18/20), we never thought we would find an officiant of Scott's caliber! We knew the 3 big necessities to book ASAP were the venue, the caterer and the officiant. Once we found the venue, they helped with the rest. They recommended Scott. Then, we saw Scott's name recommended on another venues list. Then, he popped up on The Knot and it seemed like everywhere we turned, everyone had nothing but nice things to say about him. Well, we decided to email Scott. Within minutes, Scott wrote back. First of all, wedding planning can be tedious and rarely do people contact you back when you want them to. Well, not only did Scott email us back, he was so organized. He provided prices, which lets be honest...is the one thing everyone wants to know about. Then, he literally sent us information on every type ceremony he offered. Scott can truly do it all! Next thing we knew, we were on a phone call with him planning our ceremony and laughing through the whole meeting. Scott made it all so incredibly comfortable. Scott's easy nature and sense of humor makes everyone relax and take note. Within a couple days of that zoom call meeting, Scott sent us our ceremony completely typed out. That was our first big hurdle. When you see your ceremony on paper, you can take a deep breath! Fast forward to our wedding day. Scott showed up and collected everything he needed (rings, scarves, marriage certificates, etc). He visited the groom first and then the bride and made everyone relax by offering a quick summary and tips to look out for. He said it was to keep our wedding "from ending up on America's Funniest Home Videos!" As soon as we were together at the altar, Scott loosened up the crowd (& the bride & groom) with a few jokes! It was a great ice breaker and I believe it truly helped us regain our center so that we were in a better state where we could focus on remembering the vows we made to one another! Scott is a pro! Anyone who wants THE BEST officiant there is to offer should seriously consider Scott. Hands down, Scott is a dream officiant & an excellent choice for anyone getting married!
