Accepted Answer

Redwood national and state parks in the California Redwoods State Park's require a permit. Local redwood parks in Eureka and Arcata do not require a permit if you will not be setting up chairs or decorations. Humboldt County ocean beach parks do not require permit,  if there will be no set up. ￼

Are there extra fees for travel?

Yes, there are fees for covering mileage. The Redwoods span of distance of 200 miles from north to south. My charges are fuel related only, because most weddings in this area require the time commitment that's already budgeted into your package cost.
