How many guests can the venue accommodate?

Accepted Answer

The venue accommodates up to 200 seated guests or 200 standing for cocktails. Ceremony sites can hold up to 250 guests. Minimum 30 guests required.

What are the starting prices and what is included?

Accepted Answer

Off-peak (Nov-Apr): $5,000 starting. Peak (May-Oct): $15,000 starting. A non-refundable $5,500 deposit secures your date. Pricing includes tables, linens, glassware, cake cutting, setup, teardown, and venue coordination. 24% service charge applies.

Can we bring our own caterer and alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Outside alcohol is not permitted, all beverages must be through the venue. Outside catering is allowed on a case-by-case basis. In-house catering starts at $27/person with multiple styles: buffet, plated, family-style, or stations.

What is the bar service cost and are there parking options?

Accepted Answer

Bar service is $40 per person. Free parking is available near the event tent and at each cabin. The venue also provides shuttle service for guest transportation and portraits around the lake.

Do you have on-site accommodations for our guests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The resort offers 28 beautifully furnished mountain cabins and 3 lodges. Four units are wheelchair accessible. All cabins include kitchens, Wi-Fi, and heating. Luxury cabins feature fireplaces and jetted tubs.

What is the music curfew and can we bring our own vendors?

Accepted Answer

Music must end by 10:00 PM per local noise regulations. The resort is vendor-flexible, you can bring your own planner, florist, and DJ. A preferred vendor list (photographers, videographers, cake shops) is also available.

Question 7

When is the venue available and what ceremony options do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Available May through October. Two beautiful outdoor ceremony sites: Aspen Grove (private grove with aspen trees) and Mountain View (lake backdrop with mountain views). The indoor restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows is also an option.

Question 8

What happens if weather ruins our outdoor plans?

Accepted Answer

The elegantly draped event tent with wood flooring and market lights serves as your weather backup. Tent rental costs $2,500 (Mon-Thu) to $4,500 (Saturday). The indoor restaurant space is also available as a backup venue.
