Filoli is a breathtaking historic estate located in Woodside, California, on the unceded ancestral lands of the Ramaytush Ohlone. Spanning 654 acres along the scenic slopes of the California coastal range, Filoli stands as one of the finest remaining country estates of the 20th century. Built in 1917 as a private residence and opened to the public in 1975, it now operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and a site of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
The property features a magnificent 54,000-square-foot Georgian Revival-style mansion, 16 acres of formal English Renaissance gardens, a 6.8-acre Gentleman’s Orchard, and expansive Natural Lands encompassing six unique ecosystems and miles of nature trails.
