The venue accommodates 75–275 seated guests or up to 300 for standing/cocktail receptions. Flexible seating arrangements including banquet and cocktail-style layouts are available.

What's the starting price for a wedding at Maravilla Gardens?

Accepted Answer

The base site fee starts at $7,250. Full wedding packages range from $14,000 (buffet, 75 guests on Friday/Sunday) to $47,000 (plated meals, 275+ guests on Saturday). Catering is additional and subject to a 20% service charge.

What's included in the venue rental?

Included are tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, china, dance floor, altar/arch, market lights, sparkler farewell, photo booth, setup and cleanup, parking, and an on-site Director of Events. A 1-hour rehearsal is also included.

Question 4

Can we bring our own catering and alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Command Performance Catering is the exclusive in-house caterer; outside catering is not allowed. You can bring your own alcohol with no corkage fee, or use Brick and Brass Bar as the preferred full-service bar vendor.

What are the ceremony and reception time slots?

Standard facility hours are 2:30–10:30 PM (8 hours). You can extend to 11:00 PM for an additional $1,000 overtime charge. An on-site Director of Events is present from 1:30 PM onward.

Is there on-site accommodation for our wedding party?

Yes, a house on the property sleeps up to 10 people and is available to rent for your wedding guests, making it convenient for out-of-town visitors.

Which vendors does the venue require or prefer?

Command Performance Catering and Brick and Brass Bar are exclusive partners. For photography, florals, DJ, and other vendors, you can choose your own, though the venue offers a preferred vendor network.

Set on 5+ acres overlooking a working farm, the venue features mountain range and pastoral field views, Mediterranean climate, and distinct outdoor areas: a ceremony garden with shade canopy, a cocktail patio, and a reception space with draped ceilings and chandeliers.
