The Cocktail Grove offers a covered, string-lit arbor for cocktail hour. All three garden spaces can accommodate up to 175 guests, and the Bridal Suite provides a dedicated indoor dressing room with five beauty stations, a kitchen, and a bathroom for getting ready.
The rental includes tables, chairs, lighting, a dance floor, bar service, and full setup and cleanup, and couples may bring in their own caterer since the venue does not offer in-house catering. Beer, wine, and two signature cocktails are permitted, with no corkage fee, and a licensed bartender is required. A professional wedding coordinator, whether full-service, month-of, or day-of, is mandatory. Outside vendors are welcome for most categories, though the DJ/entertainment and coordinator must meet the venue's requirements. Amplified music ends at 9:00 PM and the property closes to guests by 10:00 PM under local ordinance.
