Absolutely breathtaking. Sea Ranch Lodge delivered the most beautiful wedding setting I’ve ever experienced — unreal views, immaculate rooms, and a staff that treated us like family. The record player near the coffee room was a genius touch, stocked with classics (including Elton John). Every detail was intentional, warm, and elevated. Hands down a perfect place to stay — and the perfect place for an unforgettable wedding. Compliments to Chelsea and Cody. I highly recommend this resort.
TSRL is our happy place. We’ve visited throughout the year touching late winter, summer and most recently in the fall. Consistent experience in service, with food, weather and accommodations. We were overjoyed to celebrate our wedding here and even pleased to bring our closest family and friends to enjoy the magic of Sea Ranch. It’s worth the drive no matter how daunting it appears on Google Maps (it’s really not bad at all). It’ll be the most scenic drive you’ll ever take.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting for our small wedding. The scenery was absolutely stunning, truly the kind of natural beauty that makes every photo look magical. The value for the cost was incredible, especially considering the quality and design of the homes. I highly recommend exploring the Sea Ranch Living homes. We stayed at Compass Close and were completely blown away by both the landscape and the thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. We used every amenity, from the projector for a cozy movie night, to the hot tubs, record player, and fireplace, and everything made the weekend feel so personal and special.
I recently had my wedding here and couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. I booked sea ranch over a year ago sight unseen after speaking with their team because they made me feel that good and confident about the place. I then went and toured the site and it was everything and then some, exceed any expectation! Their team was so easy to work with and answered any question I had, got our room and site ready for us, made it to where we could just enjoy our day. Even if you’re just going for a visit, there is nothing like it! Book it!!
We had our daughter’s wedding at Sea Ranch It was very small and intimate. It was a beautiful July afternoon.We were met with champagne and cold water before the golf cart ride to the ceremony which The weather was perfect. The ocean was spectacular. The ceremony touched us all as my husband walked her down the aisle. After the ceremony we were greeted with appetizers and cocktails while the bride and groom took pictures. We had a sumptuous dinner topped off with wedding cake and plenty of warm wishes. It was an event to remember. They are planning to celebrate all anniversaries at Sea Ranch. We hope to join them!!
Was here for my sisters wedding this past weekend and lemme tell you the views are Absolutely stunning! Architecture is sleek and gives relaxing vibes, location has some of the best unobstructed views of the sea and the lodge has some amazing servers. Jesse was a roit <3 Totally recommend visiting here if you get the chance.
I just had my wedding at SRL, and it was truly magical!!! The SRL team was incredible. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our guests were taken care of. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the service, and the overall atmosphere. I can’t recommend SRL highly enough for anyone looking for an unforgettable wedding experience or just a fun coastal trip!
What we didn't expect, when booking a small destination wedding at this incredibly scenic and unique venue, was a true sense of value. The location alone is otherworldly, resting on towering cliffs with views that stretch north and south along the coastline for miles. The lodge itself is a marvel of flexible event space, which suited our 13-person guest list as well as it would 100+, with event staff manipulating the space to give us privacy and seclusion from the general public, while still providing us with room to move around and breathe. Speaking of, the event staff, bartender, and everyone else we trusted for our special evening came through more than we could've imagined. Friendly, flexible, attentive, and detail-oriented, which made us feel as if we were truly the guests of honor, a rare feeling for something you plan yourself. Small details like how the plates were set down during dinner, and an impromptu complimentary golf cart shuttle from the cliffs where we took pictures. Finally, the cabins and hotel rooms were off-the-charts amazing for the price. This was truly a luxury experience for everyone involved, something that we will remember fondly, with gratitude, for the rest of our lives.
The Sea Ranch Lodge is truly unmatched — blending striking modern architecture with the untamed beauty of cliffs, ocean, and surrounding nature. What made our wedding experience unforgettable was not just the setting, but the incredible service, delicious farm-to-table food, and the event team that pulled every detail together seamlessly. Even our guests were in awe of the atmosphere and care. We can’t wait to come back and celebrate anniversaries here for years to come.

The Sea Ranch was designed to respond to – and live in harmony with – the natural elements. The Sea Ranch Lodge, set in Sonoma County on 53 acres of dramatic Northern California coastline, built in 1968 and one of the oldest buildings in The Sea Ranch, the North Building was completely reimagined in July 2023, which offers 17 intimate guest rooms for a quiet, coastal escape that inspires guests to respond to – and live in harmony with – the natural elements. Following the complete restoration and revitalization of the Lodge’s public spaces in October 2021 and the debut of The Sea Ranch Living home rental program in 2022, the opening of The Sea Ranch Lodge guest rooms marks the final phase of its multi-million-dollar reimagination.
