Villa Rosa sits on 30 private acres in the hills of Fallbrook, California, with panoramic valley views and mountain scenery in every direction. It is a private estate, and the entire property is reserved for one group at a time, so a wedding here has the grounds to itself.

Couples can use several distinct spaces. The hillside ceremony site beneath the cross has valley views and a step-free accessible route. Lawns and wide decks work for receptions and cocktail hour, with a hillside waterfall and fire pits nearby. Inside, the 4-bedroom, 3,900-plus square foot villa has a chef's kitchen, living spaces, a game room and a fireplace seating area, and it can be used for bridal preparation or indoor gatherings. The resort-style pool and spa area is another setting for cocktail hour. The property offers both indoor and outdoor options, including covered outdoor space.

The villa sleeps up to 16 guests, with check-in at 3PM and check-out at 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee. Included amenities include a dressing room or bridal suite, a venue coordinator, set-up and clean-up, Wi-Fi and liability insurance. The team also handles design, coordination and catering, and the venue works without rigid packages, so events can be shaped around the couple. There is ample free on-site parking, and the entry and parking are step-free. The second floor of the villa is reached by stairs only. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice.
