The property has two outdoor spaces and can seat up to 200 guests. Two getting-ready suites give the couple and their wedding party a place to prepare, with access from 8 a.m. on the wedding day. The rental runs for 14 hours, so there is room for a ceremony, reception and a relaxed pace in between.
The venue-only rental includes custom-built tables, a choice of two chair styles, cocktail tables, two bars, vintage decor, lighting, a venue manager, one hour of cleanup, and luxury restroom suites at no extra cost. Couples are free to bring their own caterer and outside vendors, with no per-person pricing or in-house vendor requirements, and a preferred vendor list is available if you want suggestions. Micro weddings are also offered.
Packages start at $8,000. A $2,500 deposit secures the date, with the remaining balance paid in installments before the wedding.
