Wind and Sea is a private wedding venue located along the beautiful coast of Big Sur, California. This six-acre property offers unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean from both their indoor and outdoor spaces. The property is naturally engulfed with pines, eucalyptus, vibrant succulents and a variety of fruit trees throughout the hillside overlooking the scenic ocean. This naturally beautiful venue also includes features such as an organic vegetable garden, outdoor yoga area, Jack and Jill copper tubs, sauna, and Ampitheater with fire ring. With all its amenities and scenery, Wind and Sea will be a one of a kind destination to host your memorable day.

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁: As you have exclusive venue access for the entire day of your event, you get to decide when guests arrive and depart. Your event is not limited to a specific number of hours as many other venues do. This also means your beauty team can arrive as early as you need them to without worrying about time constraints. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀: You and up to 12 guests get to be on site for the duration of your stay and thus there is no travel from lodging to venue. My husband and I just got married at Wind & Sea for a 12 person elopement ceremony and it was everything and more than what we had dreamed of. The grounds are gorgeous and large enough for a full family to stay at. The hosts were also very accommodating of our small dog who was in the wedding. It really is a hidden gem and perfect for the couple that wants an intimate Big Sur wedding on the cliffs. Thank you Wind & Sea for our dream wedding!
This venue is incredible. Everyone at our wedding said it was the most beautiful wedding they have attended. Great service, responsive, help arrange with their preferred vendors.
We got married April 20 at Wind and Sea and it was absolutely PERFECT! It looks gorgeous in the photos, but it is 10000X more magical in person. We had a small family only wedding with 9 adults and 4 kids in attendance. We stayed in the house with our siblings and nieces and nephew for the week and it was so nice having everyone together. We had the absolute best time during our stay. The grounds are simply stunning! The landscaping is gorgeous and the views of the ocean are world class! The sunsets were magnificent, and we even saw whales! Soaking in the copper tubs was glorious. The house was well stocked with everything we could need to host a wedding. The groundskeeper was responsive and helpful when we needed him, but otherwise we had no idea he was there. The only bummer was that the sauna was not functioning. I can't recommend Wind and Sea enough. We are already talking about coming back for another vacation. This is truly such a special place and I am so happy with our entire experience from start to finish.
